The Association holds Nasal Splint Workshop once every month, in which maxillofacial technician will come to our centre to fit appropriate size nasal splints for our members at different ages to help correct their flattened nostrils. The technician will issue nasal splints to the babies after lip repair and will follow up their application of the appliance.
In addition, the technician will fit nasal splint for adult members who have undergone secondary lip and nose reconstructive surgery for holding the nose shape. Also, the technician will also tailor make invisible nasal splint for adults so that they can wear them at schools and at work during the daytime.
