Monthly Fixed Amount Donation
Cleft lip and palate treatment is complicated and lasts for over two decades, the parents and patients may need close support along the way of treatment. Please support us to help the needy!

Please download and fill in the ‘Monthly Fixed Amount Donation Form‘ and send to our association at Unit 11-12, Ground Floor, Wang Wai House, Wang Tau Hom Estate, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

To raise fund for:

• To provide supportive service to the parents of new born cleft lip & palate babies, the mothers bearing affected babies, and patients of all ages who undergo various surgeries or treatments.

• To help cleft lip & palate patients rehabilitate completely.

Official receipt will be issued for donation of $100 or above for tax deduction.

Your support will help the continuity of our service for the needy!
